  • I'm not sure how anyone can't like water, but you really should try to learn to drink it. It would make a big difference in your results and your body needs it.
  • I have never had to do that, and it would concern me a little. It doesn't sound like a healthy habit to make. Maybe you should cut down on your food portions a bit slower?
