  • i totally understand ... i have been on both spectrums but cannot find that happy medium ... i am doing well now losing weight but try not to go overboard b/c i def dont want to be on the other side again either it becomes an obsession though so just try not to go there ... easier said than done, i know ... self talk helps…

  • i just go onliine and look up recipes that have good reviews ... i stick to low carb but always modify i definitely get tired of the same old thing and adding something new just once a week helps out a lot
  • definitely feel the same way .... but we are doing the right thing and in a few weeks or months you can feel a bit more confident when you lost more ... hopefully get the same check-out gal ... and then whose laughing :wink:

  • i am soooo a cheese lover! i have switched to part skim or 2% .... not as good but at least still having cheese :happy: i noticed when i made that switch my fat intake was reduced and i lost a lil more that week ... play around with amount and the reduced fat and see if it makes a difference in weight loss for that week…
  • i was doing 8 glasses per day (64oz) but this past week increased to between 9 & 10 cups ... lost more weight this week doing that .... not sure if is a coincidence but sticking with it. i also did hear that you should be drinking half your weight in water but not sure i can drink that much :happy:
  • my doctor suggested this to me 2yrs ago but i never went through b/c i just was not sure about it. let me know how it goes b/c i may re-think this b/c constant pain just sucks : ) i think my doctor told me there would be relief right away???

  • i have tried every med that is supposed to be for fibro but they all have side effects... some helped the pain but side effects were worse. i used to be very active and now know that you have to move no matter what ... if you can only walk then do that ... do a little at a time and work your way up.... sleep is a must ....…
