I microwave 2tbsp of oatbran with some water and fat free milk and add splenda. It helps my sweet tooth and it is healthy while being sugar and fat free. I eat watermelon - but usually eat too many pieces. Good thing is, it's mostly water but sugar is what I try to watch out for.

I tend to do that sometimes. First, I don't keep any junk food in the house (no cookies, no chips etc.). If I have junk, I will eat it. So, no junk food. Then, I cut up cucumbers or tomatoes or apple or carrots into small pieces and keep it on the counter. I eat them every time I pass through the kitchen. If food cravings…

So... does the shred work and you are able to shred in 30 days? (assuming you're eating right etc.). How about ripped? Are you able to be ripped in 6 weeks?
