  • I microwave 2tbsp of oatbran with some water and fat free milk and add splenda. It helps my sweet tooth and it is healthy while being sugar and fat free. I eat watermelon - but usually eat too many pieces. Good thing is, it's mostly water but sugar is what I try to watch out for.

  • I tend to do that sometimes. First, I don't keep any junk food in the house (no cookies, no chips etc.). If I have junk, I will eat it. So, no junk food. Then, I cut up cucumbers or tomatoes or apple or carrots into small pieces and keep it on the counter. I eat them every time I pass through the kitchen. If food cravings…
  • So... does the shred work and you are able to shred in 30 days? (assuming you're eating right etc.). How about ripped? Are you able to be ripped in 6 weeks?
