How/where did you get your rate tested? I've been wondering if this is possible? Also, theoretically, could you increase that rate by eating more? (Truly wondering bc, as i said, this has been an issue for me.)

!! I've been there. Heck, i still am but MOST people on this site lose by eating well above 1200, so we should be able to also. Yeah. I would say now is the time to up cals. Longer you wait the harder it is. I did 800 to 1000 for over a year, netting 500 to 700 most days. I've been working since June to "fix" this. Lots of people on here have convinced me that it will work. Best of luck to you!

I know how you feel (bc i feel the same way )but we have to look at the positive: we are working to change. It won't happen overnight and we need to be proud of ourselves for putting forth the effort . :happy:

I just posted this on another thread but worth reposting :) 1/2 cup cottage cheese(2%), 1 TBSP sugar free smuckers, a little splenda and 1/2 pack of crushed emerald cinnamon almonds. Heat for 20 to 25 seconds. It's around 140 cals I think. (I used a full cup and it was 260 cals.)

Not sure how LOW you want (like South BEach Low or Atkins?). If the first, try 2% cottage cheese, splenda, 1 tsp to 1 tbsp sugar free smuckers and some crushed nuts sprinkled on top. (I used 1/2 bag of the emerald cinnamon almonds 100 calorie pack.) Heat for 20 to 25 seconds. Soooo yummy and LOTS of protein.

JUst had a YUMMY non egg breakfast : 1 cup cottage cheese (2%) warmed for 20 seconds, mixed with 1 TBSP sugar free strawberry preserves, splenda and 1/2 pack of Emerald cinnamon roast almonds. (I crushed them and sprinkled them on top.) It was abot 260 cals. Sooooo yummy!

Thanks! I forgot to buy beans at the store last night. Have to get them later this week. Def. haven't cut back on caffeine . (Not with my crazy kiddos :) Thanks for the ideas!
