IN my 3rd week of Chalean xtreme. SORT of doing EMTWL although for me it has been eat more to weigh more :/ I've ONLY gained and NEVER lost. Even did the 6 week reset. Went up 13 lbs. My body won't let it go. ANyway.... LOVE Chalean :)

I'm doing Chalean extreme. Some days cardio some days weights. It takes me about an hour to recover. I do usually eat some protein in that hour. Not dehydrated. Usually eat about 30 min. To an hour before exercising. Thank you both for your thoughts/ help!

Took it for migraines about 5 1/2 yrs ago. Don't remember the dosage but I experienced stabbing pains in 1 eye and had to stop immediately.

Me too! I started strong last week and then fizzled :( I started over today, and I'm happy to say by hubby is joining me. He only has about 10 or 15 to lose, but the support will be nice as well as having 1 other person in the house eating like me :) We CAN do this. Welcome QUEEN :)

Could also be a food allergy issue. My youngest has severe allergies and asthma. Things like colds, seasonal allergies, cats and certain foods will cause an attack for him. Definitely worth looking into. Hope you figure it out soon :)

THis. ANNND, for those of us that have had twins/multiples, it is even worse :/ I have THIN friends who can't get rid of it. THey've never been fat, but had twin pregnancies.

Well, despite not being 100% on plan, I did manage to lose 2 lbs. I was really hoping to start phase 1 fresh today, but i ve been battling extreme dizziness AND back pain since saturday. My food today with have to be what i can eat quick and easy, while still trying to be healthy. Haven't been able to eercise since friday…

Just a little under 5 '10" with a large frame and my goal is 160 to 165, but if I get to 170 and i am toned and not flabby, I'd be happy with that :) I'd LOVE to get into a size 10. The smallest size (in my adult life) I've ever been was a 12. I can't forsee ever fitting into an 8, so 10 is my hope :)

Iam NOT an expert (nor do I play one on MFP) BUT i recommend trying to increase slowly. I TOTALLY screwed up my metabolism by eating 800 to 1000 cals for over a year, then did the whole eating at TDEE thing for 5 weeks and gained 13 lbs. Of course, I went from eating 900 to 1000 cals/day to 2500 . Whoa! Anyway, I FREAKED…

On the one hand all those fit ladies REALLY inspire me. On the other it does make me feel "bleh" about me. (Although to be fair i can feel that way without help :/ I'm trying to focus on being inspired :)
