The leg fit is a matter of preferences. You jsut need to try different brands until the leg fit is what you want.

Be sure that you are actually eating what you are listing. DO NOT estimate what one cup or one easpoon is. Do it right and you will loose guaranteed. Most likely you are not accurately reporting what you are eating.

You need to be sure that you are accurately measuring nd recording what you are eating. Don't guess on the portion size. Don't try adn fool yourself by not listing everything. Regroup and keep going. Once you are on track and carefully measuring dn recording teh weight will drop off. Add exersize and it will go faster.

My problem was that I weighned myself and did not ebelieve the reading. So I got a new scale. And then i was weighed at the doctor and got the same reading. So just weigh yourself once and accept the reading (til tommorrow).

I totally understand, but fi you are truely not loosing, make sure that you are accurately recording your food.

If any person eats and unrealistic diet and loses weight, and then goes back to how they were eating before...yes of course they will gain it back. But frankly moderation and tracking what you eat is the key. As soon as I stop tracking what I eat I stop loosing. I only want to loose a little, but my real goal is not to…
