I have to say I love porridge/oatmeal with flaxseed and some fruit on top strawberries are the nicest , but pear, blueberries etc are good too. Or even a small tub of fruit cocktail or tinned peaches can be nice too. I used to hate porridge/oatmeal and now I miss it on the days I don't have it.

First of all well done on the 15lbs. i'd advise drink loads of water and eat as cleanly as possible. Avoid any foods which may cause you to bloat e.g. wheat causes me to retain fluids. I know what you mean about hitting goals when eating properly. I regularly fail to meet my goal and its not that high, but when you eat less carbs this happens. Yes I would recommend protein its a great way to keep you full, even a very milky coffee can help rather than just black. I always find fruit makes me more hungry as its full of sugar and spikes your glucose levels, eaten with some protein like some nuts will help keep you hungry for longer. I gain weight by just getting on a plane so take that into account too, especially such a long flight. Just start afresh. I would suggest you maybe eat small meals more often this is supposed to speed up your metabolism as far as I know. Good luck and hope you had a great holiday.

Just a quick look at your diary says you might be taking in way too much sodium, this will cause you to retain fluid. I'd watch your sodium intake and see if this helps.
