Hello Ladies- Hope the week is going well. Today I went to the gym. I spent 18 minutes on the treadmill. Doesn’t sound like much but it is a beginning. So my goal this week is to exercise 2 more times. My hip seemed okay though it did not like the bike. I will try again. Have a good one.

Hope you can get that personal day to catch up. I did not get any of my goals Monday. I haven’t been doing much so I am hoping to get to the gym and do some treadmill and stationary bike to start off smart. Then go from there.

Weigh on Sunday- done- weight was down but I have not reset my weight since before vacation. I believe i need to do this each week.
