I use vanilla essence. Our house was quite musty smelling when we got it and I read somewhere to put a few drops of vanilla essence on a cotton ball and then in a small dish and it takes the musty smell out the room. I thought exactly the same as the others about the snacking which seems to be happening instead of regular meals. I see that you do eat meat and chicken so are not vegetarian, can you add some lean meat into your diet, maybe one meal of meat or chicken a day with some mixed vegetables? It will really fill you up for longer…

Ok so it was the first time attempting planks last night! (Mon night in NZ) Ended up doing 15, I did 3 sets of 5 throughout the day but there were long gaps in-between each 5! As it was my first time I just did 30seconds and I have to say that was such a challenge, I was shaking like crazy towards the end - but am so glad…

Especially entering the calories eaten throughout the day, I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of NZ food that is already on the database! I am also a bit stuck. I'm currently 143 and would like to get down to 133 (I'm 5'7). I find that if I work hard I can get my weight down to around 140 but then it just won't budge and I end up going back to 143 again. I know that cutting bread works for me and I lose a tonne of weight quickly but it is not sustainable and…

Monday 13th - Sunday 19th I did 4 Zumba workouts this week totaling 190 minutes. I burnt 1338 calories from it. I hope next week to do at least 5 workouts!

Last night I did the 45 minute sculpt and tone workout, just used the weights that come with the DVD which usually feel pretty light to me but don't know if it was because I was tired but my arms are sure feeling it today! Its a good hurt tho :)

@miatavixxen - Wow a zumbathon for 3 hours, bet you would burn a lot of calories doing that! I haven't measured myself yet, will do it tonight but yesterday (Monday in NZ) I just did the 20 minute express Zumba DVD, hope to do more tonight, will up-date when I do.
