The thing is that when I did lose a lot of weight I looked good because other people told me that I did but I still thought I looked like @#$%. Sometimes it is hard to feel good about how i look but…

things you can do at home 1. walk up and down the stairs 2. pushups 3. situps/crunches 4.If you have 5 or 10 pound weights you can work your arm in many ways. I look at it like every little bit helps. don't give up you will feel much better in the long run.
