  • I don't go by what the game says I did. My living room is tiny so the tracker doesn't always work properly anyway. I just do the moves the best I can. I've been tempted by the Just Dance games but haven't given in to trying one yet.

  • Me too! I do really good on here for a couple weeks then notice that I drop off and my calories always go up when I don't log regularly preventing me from actually losing anything. Would love some more friends that can maybe keep my motivated to keep logging!

  • I like the Atkins shakes, the chocolate ones and the caramel..something ones are my favorite. They don't taste like meal replacement shakes. I also love the Dole Shakers in the frozen aisle. I add a scoop of protein powder to one and mix with almond milk or just water depending on where I am. They're delicious!

  • Thanks! I did my 3rd workout this morning and feel a bit self conscious cause I can't quite keep up with the others.
