This is going to be really hard for me, but I know I can do it because I have been a slave to the scale since I began to change my eating habits. Now that I am focused, I vow to change my mind as well, being healthy and happy is not about a number. Whooo! Gonna be real hard!!! I hope to lose 7-10 pounds by Valentine's Day!

I, Marlena Little, will not weigh myself anymore from today until 2/14/2012. This is going to be reallllly hard for me since I am a bit obsessed with the scale. But since I have never had a for real Valentine, I plan on treating myself to something special for all my hard work!
