I've seen this topic addressed before in the posts and some poeple swear it will tighten up with time (and patience) and some people swear by a tummy tuck. I would like to believe it will tighten back up and flatten out- since that is my problem after 2 C sections in 3 years :(

Freakin' hilarious. And I agree.

I'm 5'5 and 170 lbs- with a final goal of 130-135. Friend me and we'll push each other kicking and screaming all the way there!
-
Thanks. Always a good reminder!

I am in the exact same boat- except not such a new Momma. My kids are almost 3 and 1 yr and 4 months. But I am on a journey to change my lifestyle and lose 50- 55 lbs. Feel free to add me as a friend, I find it a lot easier when you have friends who motivate and support you. Welcome to MFP!

I regularly edit my friend list. I like to keep it small and personal. So if someone doesn't log in for stretches at a time, or if I don't have anything in common with them or if they never support me then I delete them. Makes room for new people with goals similar to mine, or who inspire me to keep going or need my…

Best. Post. Ever. Love it! And love to call myself a runner even if I only average 5 MPH
-
I'll have to check it out! I have several of her others and loved them. I haven't picked up Extreme Shed & Shred yet either.
-
Would love a new friend! I had 2 pregnancies and 2 C-sections in the last 3 years- and I have the left over baby belly to prove it! Would love another busy mom who understands. Or anyone who is willing to help motivate me on my weight loss journey!
-
I would also be interested in answers....I've had 2 C-sections in the past 3 years and would like to end up with a flat stomach again :)
-
So...enough time, proper diet and exercise will reduce the C-section "shelf?" (for lack of a better term)

I just finished C25K in December- and now I can maintain a pace of 4.8-5 mph for 5 kms. I'm looking forward to gradullay increasing my time- but if I push too hard, too fast I just want to quit running.
-
Ohhhh....how did I only find this thread NOW!?! I love you all...thank you for posting these pictures and making my day better :)
-
I just completed a C25K- and I was as much of a non-runner that anyone could ever be when starting! I think it would be a great way to ease yourself back into running. I had used a free app on my iphone called Get Running, but I think any of them will work as long as they slowly ease you back in. Good luck!

Thanks! I have the same problem.

Feel free to add me- I have some quiet strectched when I work my 4 12's, but I'm around as much as I can be

i loved it. I got some great results- but I really had to push myself to keep going. It's tough some days. Good luck!

One of my favorite Christmas presents ever hen I was younger was a gift card from my aunt. She had set up a treasure hunt with clues that took me throughout the whole house before I found and unwrapped my present. Which of course was in a box, inside a box, inside a box etc....

Apple juice and prune juice (or jarred prunes) work wonders. Let us know how it works out.

I have a 34 month old an a 14 month old. I try to work out while my youngest sleeps. My (almost) 3 yr old will do yoga with me, boxing, Zumba, she tries to do 30 Day Shred with me. I also run before my husband leaves for work or when he gets home- which gives me a nice break as well.

This Momma wantes her body back too! 30DS is a great start! I didn't lose a lot of weight with it...but lost a lot of inches so make sure you take measurements before you start! Feel free to add me as a friend...I would love to help motivate and encourage another Momma trying to get back to her pre baby body!

Drink 16 oz of water right before you fill your plate. Then make 1/2 your plate vegetables. Eat what you want on the other half- because it is Thanksgiving and you still have to allow yourself to enjoy some of the holiday cooking. Stick to your plan of a walk afterwards. You've got this!

My youngest learned to walk recently. There is barely time to log my food these days- let alone post! The only me time I seem to get right now is to go out and run. Luckily, my husband is very supportive of my new lifestyle changes so even after a long day of work he is happy to take the kids so I can exercise.

I'm a member at the gym in the hospital where I work, and have done a few of my runs on the treadmill during my night shift breaks- so I could finish there. But it's harder to get there 3x a week (no childcare!!) unless I'm at work and I don't want to stay and run after a day shift or I won't see my babies at all that day.…
