I say the serving portions. Cereal never leaves me full. Fruit and yogurt fills up my Ikea bowls much better!

That's incredible! What a difference in 14 days! You should be so proud of yourself. I have 5 days left to go on 30DS and can't wait to redo my measurements and pictures to see if there is a difference! Can't wait to see how you look at the end of it!

Vodka goes well with Fresca, or I like raspberry vodka with club soda. They are both very low calorie, and nice and light.

If you want accurate then you need to invest in a heart rate monitor. Once I did I was shocked at how much MFP actually overestimates the calories burned.

5 Days to go!!! Can't wait to post inches and weight changes! I ordered Ripped in 30 to move onto next- if I see this much change in 30 workouts why not stick with Jillian right?

Thanks for the input eveyone! I just placed an order on Amazon for Ripped in 30! So once I complete 30 DS it should be here and I'll be ready to go!

I'm a little behind too...I just did L3D3 this morning. But I will see it through and finish! Then when thats done I plan to alternate some 30DS with her Burn Fat Boost Metabolism DVD for awhile before I decide what's next!

We have both the Wii Fit and the Kinect. I personally like the Wii Fit better, there are some good games to give you some exercise but I didn't tone up or lose much until I switched to workouts with more cardio and strength training

You have a lot on your plate right now! As tough as it might be, you have to put your own well being first- so that you have the strentgh and energy to be there for your kids. Start making one healthy choice at a time...you'll feel better, and feel like you are taking control again!

Awesome job! What a great start to your journey. It makes it a lot easier to stay motivated and commited when the scale starts to move! I did Taebo after Baby 1 and it's a lot of fun...it's just a little longer than I have time for now that Baby 2 is getting mobile.

It's an exercise video that cycles through 3 minutes of strength training, 2 mins of cardio and 1 min of abd for 3 circuits. I'm only half way through it and I've lost more than 2 inches off my waist.

L2D7 done. And I still hate chair squats and V raises...but I can do more of them now. Have any of you put any thought into what you'll do when this is done? Welcome! My story is similar to yours I quit smoking, had a baby, joined WW- lost some, got pregnant again. Now my kids are 11 months, and 2 1/2 and I have 50 lbs to lose. I'm a big fan of the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. It gets results, and one of the trainers modifies the exercises for beginners.

L2D5 done. I can't tell you how much I HATE chair squats and V raises. But everytime I hesitate to go do the workout, I read through these posts and you all motivate me to get my butt off the chair and right in front of Jillian. Thanks to you all! Half way there and I know that I'll be able to finish it now!

I would also recommend a HRM. I finally bought one and when I did I was SHOCKED at the difference between the estimated calorie burn on MFP and what my actual calorie burn according to my HRM.

Your body gets the shakes when your blood sugar level drops too low, for me it happens right around 4.0, which is low normal blood glucose. If you can, add in a mid morning snack of a fruit and carbohydrate to help maintain your blood sugar and insulin levels until lunch time
