And this is why I love MFP. I was freaking out today because the same thing happened to me. I weighed 286 yesterday and 290 today and was very upset! 16 lbs gone so far, not gonna let a little water weight or whatever it is stop me! I should also probably stop weighing in every day before I drive myself nuts!

It is terribly rude, and hurtful, for people to say these things to you! You do look very skinny in the clothed pics - but then in the chest pictures you look perfectly healthy. My health coach helped me set up some goals for the month (no, I'm not fancy enough to afford a coach LOL - I work at a hospital and they're provided free ^_^): 1) meet my calorie goals and track daily 2) lose 1 to 2 pounds weekly 3) no soda! 4) start going to the gym at least twice a week
