YES! I have a desk job, and yes, it SUCKS most of the time. I find myself wandering around the bank every-once-in-a-while just to move! I will walk up and down the stairs sometimes, and I live too far away to go home on my lunch break, so I will do some kind of exercise on lunch!

One more thing.....I did cheat on a boyfriend a loong time ago. When I was a teenager, but I have never and will never cheat on my husband. I love him more than anything on earth. We have a great relationship, hardley ever argue, and are always on the same page. SO I think it's not the same for every situation.

I did fine after resting for a couple of days. If you have already rested, I would try to do something light. Maybe go for a walk. 30DS is a little intense IMO. I think exercising actually helped me!
