I'm an all-or-nothing type of person. I either have to go all in or not. No in between. I've set my calorie goal at 1500/day and I eat mostly what I want within those calories. I do try to get a good bit more protein, because, lets face it, dieting is hard and I'm hungry!!! I just started PiYo, on day 4 of the schedule. I…

Mine are supposed to be delivered tomorrow, and I'm so ready to start! I haven't really exercised consistently in 2 1/2 years. Since all of you that have been working out say it's "not that difficult", I wonder how hard it will be for me? I'm a lot out of shape.... For reference, I used to do LOTS of TurboFire after…

Thank you! I live by it myself

Ok, be sarcastic. That's fine, but don't be down right rude and hateful. If someone posts something you don't like, just move on.

  Flames!!!! LOL That's awesome, and I've heard of people not gaining very much or just a little and losing more, but it's a very rare incident!

Wow, I see now that not everyone is the same! Thanks everyone. This really helps me out. I'm trying to enjoy myself, but I guess I'm so obsessed with my weight i'm making myself crazy! I was already overweight and trying to lose (again) so this additional weight has just stressed me out, which I know is not good for the…

I don't hate you! LOL. I am going to eat regularly for the first few months to establish my milk supply, and with dr.s consent, I will start restricting little by little. I'm going to TRY to lose while breast feeding, but we will cross that bridge when we get there!

Thanks everybody for your input! Mayfly... congrats on getting down to 149! I am only 5'2" and want to be around 125 for my goal weight. I'm currently 178!!!! I was 28lbs over my goal when I got pregnant though. So, maybe it won't be too difficult to get what I've currently gained off. Good luck on the last 14lbs. I know…

Weight watchers actually has a program for breast feeding/nursing mothers. It does call for an increased calorie intake than what MFP says, but too waaaaaaay different programs

I too would be sitting in the backyard painting and (if not pregnant) I would be drinking a frosty cold beer. :drinker: and watching my chocolate lab run crazy.

My 2002 Honda Accord. It needed a little work, and it had some dents/dings, but what a great car! Lots of memories. Wish I hadn't traded it in last year.

Like a fish on a hook. I was just curious if the taint you were speaking of was the same as what I was thinking of.

Wow! You are burning some hella calories! That's great! I would say if you can't eat up to 3400-3900 calories stick to around what you can eat. On the days you feel tired or worn out, I would definitely boost my calorie intake. I wish I had that many calories I could eat! Sometimes I feel like I eat that much, but it's…

I'll do that! thanks!

Hi! I'm 5'1" and pregnant, but after October/November, I will be looking to get to that range. I want to be 115 again. I'm 150 right now. 142 Prepregancy. Had lost 8 lbs so Status Quo.

Propel is definitely water. You can count coffee, tea, water, etc. as FLUID intake. Focus more on fluids. Pure water is the best for you (which doesn't propel only have just some flavor to it and minerals?) but others are beneficial too. As for soda, I do NOT consider that as a fluid. That is a chemical.

Hi! I'm 11 weeks pregnant today. Before getting pregnant, I had lost 8 lbs, but since, I've gained it back (Status Quo I guess), but it's mostly fluid, slow digestion, bloating, etc., because somedays it goes back down a good five lbs or so. Yes, I was scared at first of gaining this weight. BUT seeing all those precious…
