A big, ginormous spinach salad with chicken. Yum!

Mashed banana with cinnamon and honey on a slice of whole grain bread

That sounds yummy! I may have to try for my after dinner snack tonight!

a banana and 1 square of Ghirardelli 72% dark chocolate. (yay for snacks!)

Around 3pm, I had a cup of whole grain penne, tomato sauce w/ veggies (no salt tomatoes and paste, basil, rosemary, garlic, onion, green pepper, yellow squash, and zucchini squash). Yum!
