Are you using the cardio labeled "Kickboxing (including TurboJam)" ??? That's what I use to log my TurboFire workouts; it's fairly correct compared to the HR=Calorie burned calculators found on the internet.

Do y'all think the www.zumbacalories.com is accurate? I give it all I got so I said High intensity for 90 minutes, and got an estimate of 844 calories burned. I'm pretty sure I'll burn at least 600, but worried that 844 is a bit high! Any thoughts?

Oh yeah! I get so excited!!!! i made a new pair of Nike+ ID's on the nike website, and they should be here by tomorrow! It only took a month, but they will be worth it! My previous Nike +ID's are worn out, so I figured a month would give me time to really wear them out and get the new pair in! The anticipation is killing…

That is nonsense...... You shouldn't worry about that. It is good to move around some after a meal, but if you don't, it won't matter. If you are eating properly and maintaining portions and caloric intake, you will be fine! Don't listen to that bologne!

I always get Oikos Greek Plain 0% Fat. It is all natural. No sugar added. I don't add anything to it either. I like it plain like sour cream!

I cook mine with water and add a cup of frozen blueberries after it cooks. Then I heat it up just a little to make it the perfect temp. No sugar or cream.

LOL love this question!!! It's not my husbands fault; It's MY FAULT, but since we got married, I gained 25lbs! So, it's just being comfortable with who and where I am that made me gain. Now, I'm not so comfortable looking in the mirror, so I'm going to lose!

I'm hypoglycemic as well, and this works great for me! 5-6 mini meals of good for you, all natural foods. I know I had some cookies and a weight watchers bar today, but besides that, all natural!

It looks like you may need some more protein and less sugar/carbs. Maybe not so much of the processed peanut butter either, maybe some all natural or some almond butter (it's better for you nutrient wise). Looks like you need more veggies too.
