I used a HRM to get my calories burned in an hour and created my own exercise, but before that, I was doing belly dancing or aerobic modern dance. They aren't as accurate as a HRM though.

Apparently..my hubby likes me just the way I am. A little thicker around the bottom is ok for him. Every man is different though. I've skinny guy friends who only date enormous women. and vice versa. It's all personal opinion/interest.

Ugh.... I need some support! I'm 5' flat, and I have 17lbs to go! Yikes! It seems like so much.... But I guess, If I could do better on the weekends, and stick with it, I'd do a lot better. Be careful with ellipticals. They are really better for working out when you have an injury and can't do a lot of high impact stuff. This is coming from my cousin who is a Physical Therapist. Work during the week helps me stay on track. I eat a healthy breakfast and walk the dog for about 20 minutes. Go to work. Eat lunch at 11am. Eat a snack at 3pm.
