muscle weighs the same as fat but is just smaller so takes up less room so therefore you will become smaller, weight will change w/ diet :)

id love to join if still possible; what day was the start? we can just subtract that from the 60 days lol my start for THIS challenge is 243.4; id love to lose 20 lbs by then so i'd be under 225 (havent seen that # in FOREVER!)

while i think during tv is a good idea so ur not just sitting there, i tend to quit moving lol so w/ music is better cuz i tend to move to the beat of the music

247.8; 1 lb down;expecting a better loss this coming week as i have seen a nutritionist and she gave me a new "diet" which i started this morning and so far feeling great! :D

yea not too much but if you try and it seems like alot id say maybe 15 min each jog or something til you know you're comfy; if youre already able to do that much then sure! :)
