  • Hey! I'd like to join!! I just did my first ticker on Tickerfactory.com! Can anyone help a newbie with how you update it?? Do you have to go back to tickerfactory to update it and then re-cut and past it into my signature??? Or is there a better way to do that! Anyways I'm excited! My goal is 50 miles!

  • Oprah Once said (as a general rule).... If you are working out/toning and dieting = 10 lbs for each pant/clothes size If you are just dieting= 15 lbs for each pant/clothes size I have never tested the theory but its a nice general guess
  • Thanks for the "light at the end of the tunnel"... i think the hardest part is just BREAKING the habit! The bad habit has just carried on too long. Eating out 1x a week is a great cheat, I''ve been just letting it be the majority of the time and that really needs to end. Bad on the bank and bad on the belly lol.
