I'm at work, so I don't have the nutritional count with me, but we just tried the "Veggie Patch" brand meatless burgers and I loved it! We are not vegetarians, but we were thinking about taking part in the Meatless Monday craze, lol We also tried their Chick'n Nuggets and we could barely tell the difference!

I get the fajitas with no tortillas, and most of the time I just use the sour cream and guacamole to dip my fork for a little extra flavor, like salad dressing. On days when I'm not near my calorie goal, and I'm not hungry, I drink a serving (or 2) of skim milk. I'm not sure if you're following a particular diet, but if milk's allowed, that could add a little without forcing yourself to eat.

That's awesome! I did something similar the other day at the grocery store with a 10 lb bag of potatoes... WOW! It's amazing how much we carried around every day and didn't realize it.

We went out to dinner tonight at my favorite steakhouse and instead of getting the petite sirloin, I got my favorite - the 10 oz ribeye. =( It was so yummy! I did cut the largest piece of fat off of it, and skipped the rolls, soda and dessert. In total the meal put me 200 calories over my goal. yikes.

I'm going to a family bbq/birthday party. My goal is to stick to the grilled meats and steer away from the sugars and breads (which aren't my favorite anyway). May splurge on a serving of my baked potato salad, but we'll see how it goes. =)
