I LOVE oven roasted cauliflower. Just a little sprinkle of salt, pepper and olive oil, then roasted until it starts to turn brown. MMM.. it's so good! I stick the leftovers in a baggy in the refrigerator and grab a few pieces as a snack when I'm craving something I shouldn't have.

mmm... we love to freeze the newer ones that have all the yummy flavors - I think it's yoplait - apple pie, cinnamon roll, black forest cake... YUMMO! I love ice cream, and this gets that same cool, creamy texture. I'm not a huge fan of yogurt, but I can totally get it down this way. =)
