if i take in too much sodium i really dont notice it =\ there was one day where i had 2 margaritas with salt on the rim and i was like 2000 over my sodium =X

not a major difference in the fit of my clothes. I live in FL now so i barely wear jeans (which used to be my indicator in NY as to how they fit) i did take my measurements and i noticed a small change .. im at 27" waist 35" bust 38" hips

thanks for the advice everyone!!! i changed my goal from 2 lbs to 1 lbs loss a week so it is set at 1430 calories a day now im gonna go out to dinner tonight and take that advice :) what do you mean wait one more week? is there some sort of cycle you go through where you pleateau? i keep telling myself that if i splurge maybe it will kick the plateau BUT at the same time my head is telling me ive come this far i eat so clean how dare i go grab a pack of chips or candy =\

i opened my diary & am open to any advice about my nutrition as for the exercise i dont really enjoy working out thats why i dont really do much of it. I was able to lose weight before just by watching what i eat .. i thought exercise just "speeds" up the process

i work out roughly 3 times a week and do about 25 minutes of fitness dvds (aerobics, buns thighs, abs) .. nothing crazy only burning about 150 calories.

i noticed that this month after losing 8 lbs rapidly my period came 3 days late which is weird cuz im like clockwork. I think it def has to do w/ the weight loss
