My first half, in May, is in Olympia, WA. Every year I watch the runners go by our house, and every year I say I really need to do this. Well this is my year, it falls on my birthday too! Good luck to everyone, the list of races is fantastic!!

I agree with the above posters, getting more protein may be the key. I try to eat whole foods and avoid processed when I can. What is a normal day for you? Feel free to add me if you want more support!! ;)

January goal - 167.6 miles roughly 42 miles a week or 5.5 a day...eek that's double my average now...I may be in trouble 1/1 - 4 1/2 1/3 1/4 1/5 1/6 1/7
