I was a size 16. I can now fit in a 0. But I also can wear 2's and 4's. It took a lot of hard work and EATING the right foods! I'm 5'2 and about 137 right now. My step mom is 5'2 and about 110...and we can wear the same size pants?!?! Muscle...I lift she does not. It makes a huge difference.

I understand 100%. I see all the things that the "fat" left! When I was 200 pounds I guess I didn't care what I looked like-I knew I didn't look good. Now, I eat right ,work out all the time and I have been fighting with the last 10 pounds and the left over skin and I'm harder on myself about everything. I do look back on…

1400 PLUS eat your workout calories....that is the way it is set up. You have to eat them back or it is too low. I learned this the hard way. EAT!!!

I was 200 when I started.My knees and hips hated me but it was well worth it in the end. Go at your pace and lots of ICE!!! Good luck!

That GOAL weight that drives me crazy everyday! I have been within 10 pounds of my goal weight for a year now. I have upped my calories...lowered them...worked out more...worked out less. Mine is always high. If I run slower it's around 178 (at 5.6 miles per hour) It's in the 180-90's if I go any faster and I have passed out a few times. Be careful... my Dr just told me to WALK!!! I'm looking for a new Dr. LOL

ME!!! I'm 5'2. I was at 131 than ran a 1/2 marathon and ended up 138?!?!?! I'm back down to 134 now. My goal is 130. I would really love 125 but I have been fighting with the scale the past 6 months. The last 10 has not been nice to me :noway: :grumble: !!!!!!! Good luck!!!

I gave my car to an older man that I would see riding his bike back and forth to work everyday. It was about 15 degrees out and I stopped and asked him if he needed a ride.
