I am 5'6-since May 2011-I have lost 57 lbs and am down to 199-my ultimate goal is 145lbs. Not losing as quickly as I was last year-working out 5 days a week and counting my calories- any suggestions I really want to lose another 25lbs by June before a Florida vacation. Open to any suggestions!!!!
