See a dietician get gp to refer. Worrying about it won't help, so you need to learn to cope with the anxiety and upset this causes you or you will loose/not gain due to stress. I went through a similar thing about 10yrs ago and got myself in a right state about it. I have since tipped the other way.

H 5f 2" (on a good day! Lol) HW 158 lbs about 6mths ago LW 85 lbs believe it or not I was super healthy and this was 10yrs ago CW 131 lbs GW 113 lbs

I have so far lost over 25lbs and trotted off to good old m&s to purchase some new bras expected to be smaller and poss even a cup size smaller but oh no not me I've gone up a bloody cup size!

I only really notice it in some clothes I've lost 20lbs and some ofmy jeans and trousers are loose at top of my legs only but others I now need a belt. Noticed it more in my boobs unfortunately. But people say they can see it in my face too. I so want to rid my belly I'm toying with the 30day shred too.
