nothing, you dont have to log sleep - i do it every now and then out of interest but i dont use it much and it makes no difference

for first 16 mths of mft i did nil exercise apart from a very slow dog walk every day - i had to loose weight before i could exercise or my knees would have needed surgery again. walking didnt burn loads just a little but i never ate back those calories (some people dont like this) - now i run!!!

I'm 5f 1" on a good day (lol!) - i would love to be 118lbs, but would be happy with 120, i was a healthy 110lbs for many many years then when i hit 25 i gained every year from there on wards for 8-9 years till i was over 154lbs thats when i joined here! now at 128.

mines set up as; Breakfast Lunch Dinner Snacks Alcohol Other - for example any vitamins, tablets, medications i dont log water or cardio/exercise on MFP i log it on my fitbit app (they sync), i find this better - i put notes under food and exercise though.

Welcome back to it. The key is planning for me keeps me motivated, I plan my meals by doin this I look forward to it and remain focused I enjoy cooking so I have books and healthy food mags for ideas keeping it different. I have a small group of mfp friends I follow they help

I'm 5f 1ish lol! I'd like to be 115lbs but as long as I'm not over 125 I will be happy as once lost final weight I plan to tone &build muscle so weight will go up

Hello, well I'm back on it too lost 4st last yr and have put about 8lbs back on over Xmas , I got quite stressed over xmas I always do, work was hard and things at home where worrying me too. if you have a smart phone down load the app - it will become your best friend!!! i have lost nearly 30lbs since jan 2013. be honest, alllow your self to live just change your behaviour if you want a night out nice food beer etc etc have one but earn it go for long walks!!

Are you from UK? If u are it will be easy to get a copy but if not try amazon.com invest (its worth it) in hairy dieters cook book it's amaizing or Jamie 15min meals. Dont let your low in come scare you, you can eat on a low budget but you have to plan and be organised. Find out when your supermarkets reduce and shop then…

I use app on my HTC one and nexus7 but to get all benefits of mfp and groups forum etc I have to use the internet on these and use the web page or use laptop

sounds intersting never heard of it. im doing 30 day shred, on day 17, when i get to day 30 i have 17 more days until i go off travelling or i would love to join in

its taken me since january 17th this year to loose my weight. i only walked the dog for exercise untill 17 days ago when i stated the 30 day shred dvd.. good luck with your goal - be stong and dedicated and your'll do it or get very close

Love my fitbit one it's ace, really want the scales, I can only sync with laptop as you can't sync to android apps yet but you can to the iPhone. I've set my fitbit to sync with MFP, easier than logging exercise etc.

5f 2" on a good day! was 157lbs in Jan 13 now 131.8lbs aim 112 but will re evaluate at 120lbs started 30 day shred 10days ago, as weight loss slowed, seeing a difference in measurements but weight loss really slowed. happy though as gone from size 16 to size 10.
