I'm 5'3 and my goal weight is 135-130, I'm 150 right now (((((((0

I'm 5'2" and right now my goal is 180. Started at 230, now 197. Maybe after I get to 180 I will try to get to 170 or 160, don't believe I would go any lower than 160.0

started at 145, currenty 125, wouldl like to lose another 5, but if I dont I would be ok with that too. I am focusing on body fat percantage now and I am trying to build more muscle.....
with that being said... it still would be nice to see 120 on the scale0 -
^^ like you, would like to see 120, even 119. Working on trying to build more muscle, etc. I am 5'3", currently 123 lbs.0

I'm 5'3 with a large frame, muscular and have huge boobs- I look great at 135... I'm 160 now and carry it well but am a little too thick and would love to lose the tummy and slim down my arms and thighs...0

I'm 5f 1" on a good day (lol!) - i would love to be 118lbs, but would be happy with 120, i was a healthy 110lbs for many many years then when i hit 25 i gained every year from there on wards for 8-9 years till i was over 154lbs thats when i joined here! now at 128.0

I'm 5'1 and my goal weight was 105 and I got all the way down to 96. Now I'm looking to go up to 100 and maybe maitain there. I'm very small framed.0

I am the same height as you, and I guess for now my ultimate goal is to make it to 140. I have a lot of weight to loose weighing 183, so 140 sounds more realistic than to think of 120. I would be so impress with myself if I make it to 120, but 140 would do it for me.0

I'm 5'2 and currently have a goal of 180lbs, I'm on my way down from 218lb so this seems achievable for now. I will reassess when I get there but I don't believe in relying on the BMI to tell me I'm healthy so if with the weight loss I am happier, more active, have less astma and less aches and pains I will be happy!
This probably doesn't help as most people who are my height want to be 120-140lbs. But I thought I'd share anyway!0 -
I'm 59, 5'2" & weigh somewhere around low 130's. My goal is 125 which would allow me to fit in all my favorite summer dresses again. 125 is 2#'s from my pre-pregnant weight (32 years ago) and would be miraculous .
Making slow progress but I'm hungry at 1200 calories a day.0 -

I'm 4' 11 I am 137.8 my goal weight is 120-125 I think that's a pretty reasonable weight since I am 25 with a somewhat medium frame. Losing steadily again.

Im 5'0". When i started my fitness journey in 2013, i weighed 136lbs. It was a slow but healthy process and im now at 113lbs. I went as low as 107lbs late last yr but christmas is full of tempting food.
My goal weight is 105lbs but i want to build some muscles and be toned at 110lbs.0 -

I think I already commented but I'm 5'1" and today I'm 10 stone 4lb (144lb) from 11stone 2lb (156lb) in and first goal is under 10 stone so 139lb. Longer term I want to hit 9 stone (126lb) but as I'm losing 1lb a week that seemed like too much of a wait! I think if I go under that my boob skin wouldn't be able to handle it.

I'm 5' 3" and am hoping to be 130 lbs, I've been there before and was happy with my size. Once I get there I'll focus more on muscle definition0

5'3 and 150. Quite a bit higher than most but 150 looks smokin' on me. I'm lucky to have an hourglass figure, even when heavier but at 150...I'm little in the middle and soft where is counts!0

5'3" and I am 112, down from 134. It's been a slow loss over the last year but I'm finally near my goal. I think I could probably lose another 2 off my outer thighs and be happy. Darn saddlebags.0

5ft 2 1/4" (very important that 1/4 ) 130-133lbs am currently 136lbs and a UK size 10 so a few more pounds will give me some leaway0

5'4" gw is 145 - top of bmi healthy range! I look and feel my best at around that number; any less is so hard for me to maintain, and my immune system seems to go way downhill- I take it as a message from my body...0
