Gender: F Age: 39 Activity Level: Active Calories eaten per Day: 1100-1300 What type of diet you follow: portion control + exercise. I *try* to make lower fat choices (20% fat calorie ratio). I'm supposed to be eating more veggies, but I've been lazy about that lately. I am also in the process of modifying my diet at…

When I have *really* sore muscles, I use an ice pack. Two docs and all the athletes I know personally have made this recommendation to me. It's awful when you first apply the ice - try using a towel inbetween your back and the ice pack until you're able to bear the cold directly. It works - promise. :)

I eat 2 pieces of fruit a day - and that generally does the trick for me. If not, I have caramel calcium chews in the cabinet... :)

She says: eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper (and add a pauper snack in there somewhere). It's an interesting read - kinda…

They sag worse - at least for me. I'm working on them, though. - free weights, weight assisted "dips" and multiple other arm exercises.

I consumed apx 1200 calories per day starting in Feb - and in 10 weeks lost around 25 lbs. I kept my 3 primary meals around 250 calories and my 3 snacks throughout the day around 100. I also drank *lots* of water. It works! :) Good luck! :)
