I get this too. I just try not to worry about it. I take antihistamines for allergies and still get it. I'm blond haired, blue eyed, pale and I don't sweat a lot so I guess this correlates with what others have said above.

Hi, feel free to add me! I am a recent returner too. Likewise, 1200 is my normal diet most days without dieting, I never feel hungry and I have a high metabolism due to thyroid probs. I'm not going eat when I'm not hungry. But I do need to exercise more. I guess everyone is different :)

I have exactly the same problem, my sugar is always over and I eat pretty healthily, as many others have said yogurts are packed with sugar, rarely have them now. Im not against sugar, everything in moderation is best but, I need to moderate it. I'm exercising and eating well but weight loss is slow, I think due to sugar.…
