My sister told me to take a cold bath within 15 minutes after a workout and that will help relieve the muscle pain. I tried it and it actually worked. I would reccomend working out tomorrow then try this.

Here are mine and in no particular order: Bill and Ted (both films) Babes in Toyland (the one with Keanu Reeves and Drew Barrymore... and I think I may have spelled their names wrong) Terminator 2 Back to the Future (all 3) Lord of the Rings!!

I've been counting mine, and I think by counting them not only do you have a better picture of your actual calorie intake, you have a better picture of your nutrition as well.

Sounds good to me :) I'm up for the challenge

I have a New Balance HRM with a chest strap and so far I like it. I got it at Costco and it was only 50 bucks (the one I really want is about $200 and thats so not in the budget but $50 was doable)

That's exactly what motivates me to work out :) I looooooooove food and I want to enjoy my meals with my family, so working out is the best way to be able to enjoy my food and have any chance at losing weight.

I go to the gym after work and I change into my workout clothes in the bathroom at the gym... a couple months ago I walk into the gym, its a small gym but fairly crowded, and after I start changing in the bathroom I realize I forgot a shirt... ... ... so, my choices were to put my work clothes back on and go home, or to…

I picked mine because it was from my honemoon when my husband and I went wine tasting. It was a super great day.

I love beets, that's how I cook em too. But I squeeze an orange on them and salt them after peeling (one of the few things I salt). I loooooove beets. But I've never done anything with the greens either.

I cried the day I went bra shopping and I grew to a D cup (and, the lady said I was almost a DD). I was so happy last year when I lost a bunch of weight and went back to a C cup :)

Thanks for this info. I was a little nervous to see how many of these mistakes I make, but I feel pretty good now because I do most of the right things on it (but I must admit... my toes go numb on me after 20 minutes... so I'll definately work on that one).

On 30DS she didn't really give any guidelines about how often to do it and what not, but at the beginning of Ripped in 30 she says to do it 5-6 days a week with at least one rest day each week. I've heared that other people add cardio and other videos in with this as well, but just listen to your body so you don't overdo…

I did the 30DS and found muscles I didn't know I had (that was so awesome) and now I'm doing ripped in 30. Well, actually I started it on Tuesday and I'm beyond sore and I just did the elliptical yesterday to try to work out the soreness... but I'm excited to see the results in a couple weeks. I think I may have to pick up…

Once again, has anyone read the ingredient list of the products in question? Here's the ingredient list for the Buttermilk Ranch dressing: water, white vinegar, cellulose gel, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, sour cream flavoring (non dairy), lemon juice, white pepper, xanthan gum (thickener made from vegetables), lactic…

Has anyone actually looked at the ingredient list for these items? The ones I looked at are mostly water (first ingredient) vinegars and spices. The ingredient list for the products is on their website with the nutrition facts. I was a little wary of using these products until I actually looked at the ingredients and found…

The chocolate syrup was ok, and I just got the ranch dressing and it's ok, but not satisfying at all (and super wattery).

Well, I failed yesterdays lol. I exercised :) but I did drink enough h2o, and I was below my cal goal.

My husband lived with his mom until we got married... he was 28. He also had a job that had a potential of becoming a great job, but at the time not so much (I don't think I make super good money, but I was making literally double his salary... and I HATE that), he was maxed out on his credit cards, he has a car payment…

I noticed a big change in the way I looked and felt durring and after completing 30DS. I have another one of her video's I'm going to start this weekend (I have to clean up the christmas stuff so I can have room to work out in my tiny apartment living room).

I'm in.

I understand. I couldn't finnish the workout without pausing the DVD a few times to catch my breath or releive my aching muscles... and I was so sore for days (at least a week). But I stuck with it, I did it every day for 30 days and it was worth it to keep with it.

I reeeeaaaly want a food processor. I saw a recipe posted here for doughless pizza (it uses cauliflower for the dough, but it needs to go through the food processor to make the peices small enough). And my husband wants a George Forman grill, but we have no room for one in our tiny apartment kitchen... so I told him no :(

There was a guy I would see at my gym (when I would go at 5 AM) and he was arround 300 pounds. I never laughed at him but I always smiled when I saw he was there because it made me happy to see him making the effort to change his lifestyle and improve his health.

The same thing happened to my son when he was a baby, and I was instructed to give him Pear juice not Apple juice because apple juice is so sweet and pear juice isn't very sweet. It worked for the most part, but I did ocasionally have to give him a suppository. Once he started crawling the issue went away.
