Great job! Thank you for sharing this with us :)

OMG that made me laugh, but, I understand the reference... mine do too... :( but I do prefer my boobs now after losing some weight. I cried when I gained weight and then found that I was almost a DD... I like my C cup better lol.

Thank you so much for posting your results! I'm on day 11 (I did 10 days of level one, todays my first day of level 2) and wow its a challenge. But I was pretty discouraged about my weight not going in the right direction. I'm going to stick with it, I hope to have similar results :)

I'm on day 10 of the 30DS, and after the first couple days I'm sure that you'll probably be fine doing both. I actually have more energy and wish I could do more cardio.

You don't look too skinny, I think you look great.

I'm on level one day 8. I've been doing it every day. Its hard but I feel really great.

Ooo I need to try it. Pizza is my weakness.

I did that once... I forgot my shirt at home. But, I was only using the treadmill in the provacy of my moms home, so I think I was ok doing that (I got too much belly to even think about doing that in public).

I like the tostada salad (or maybe its called a taco salad... I don't remember). I do try to stay away from many processed foods, but sometimes I just want to control calories and HG helps me on that.

I would loooooove to be a stay at home mom, but that's just not realistic at this point in my life. I was a single mom for 8 years so I had no choice but to work. I just got married this year, but my husband does not make enough to support us all at this time so I still must work. I'm ok with that for the time being, but I…

OMG! That is the best line ever! I'm so going to start saying that. :drinker:

So, I started to read that and I was totally agreeing with it and thinking of people I know who make those mistakes (my biggest peeve is when people use the wrong form of there/their/they're, or you're/your, or... here's the worst our/are (I really don't understand how people confuse that one). Then, I saw one I know I…

You are literally [almost] half the woman you once were, and you look amazing! Great job, that is a HUGE acomplishment!

Yay that's awesome!

Can I still join? I've already been using my pedometer for a week or so, here's my stats that I logged on my phone: 10/1--? 10/2--? 10/3--(I was a bit hung over this day...) 2315 10/4-- I forgot my pedometer at home 10/5--11006 steps 10/6-- 6153 10/7--8375 10/8--7671 10/9-- ... You look incredible! Great job!

A vegan does not eat meat or other animal by-products. (No meat, no eggs, no dairy, no butter... etc.) A vegitarian does not eat meat but consumes (at least some) animal by-products. I am a vegitarian, I use real butter, I bake with milk and eggs, I eat some eggs and will use milk in my coffee.

A few years ago I quit smoking and was sucessful for a long time because I was ready. It makes me laugh thinking about when I quit because it was during the summer and I was on my lunch break and I just smoked my last one. I was on my way back to work and I just drove past the gas station because it was hot outside and I…

That is one of my favorite things. I personally can't tell the difference between that and ground beef, except that it's not greasy. Also, I was just talking about this at work today, I bought Soy Chorizo (idk if I spelled that right) and that also was just as satisfying as the real thing, yet also not as greasy or as my…

I became a vegitarian almost 2 months ago, yet my husband and my 8 year old eat meat (my husband is very supportive and loves the healthy meatless dishes I've been making). I can't wait to check out all the sites everyone posted. I don't have much variety in my vegitarian diet yet. I'm pretty good at homemade soup and…

I recently became a vegitarian because I have become discusted by even the thought of eating meat. I read a bit about what takes place on farms and slaughterhouses and I am thouroughly disgusted. So, even though I loved steak I can no longer stomach it. I do (for the moment) still occasionally consume eggs and milk, but I…

I went ahead and logged my weigh in... up 6 lbs in 2 weeks (I didn't weigh in last week). So, aparently my TOM plus the passing of my friend hurt my weight loss progress. I'm pretty discouraged because I still tried to stay focused, and I still exercised and watched what I ate, but aparently not good enough. I walked my…

Thank you for sharing your personal experience. I think we all have different personal experiences with different restaurants (fast food or otherwise) and I don't think anyone's PERSONAL EXPERIENCE should be on trial here. So, I would once again like to thank those who shared their first hand personal experience regarding…

I won't be weighing in for this week. A friend of mine passed away on Saturday and I don't really have the energy or will to pay much attention to diet and fitness. I'll try to be back on board next week and next weigh in.

Great Job! That is a huge success and it really shows how well you have been doing :) Keep it up :drinker:

I didn't notice it either, until I lost around 30 pounds then saw a picture of myself at my friends wedding (and I was over 200 pounds then). I'll try to post those pictures later. Great job :)

Great Job! I know what it's like to be a 200 pounder (my highest weight was about 205).
