Ugh. So I managed to twist my ankle Wednesday. I was wearing new shoes to work, with a small 2 inch heel (a thick heel too!) and I manages to slip or something so my foot bent sideways. OW! As Tony says many times, do YOUR best, forget the rest! Do the best you can, modify when you need to. No sense in hurting yourself just to try and keep up with the pros on the DVDs :) You'll love it, good luck!!
