You don't need to get protein within an hour or whatever after a workout. There is NO metabolic window, just get your protein throughout the day and you will be fine.

You don't actually need post workout shakes/food. As long as you hit your macro count for the day you would be fine.

If its a long race you could refuel carbs, I eat chicken wings or whatever I want, and don't think twice about it.

You're going to give up after only a 9lb gain? Weak bruh I bet you 5 lbs is mostly water and and only 4 lbs fat, after 1 week in the gym or whatever you do you will lose most of it. Don't lose your head over it.

eat more during the day so you aren't hungry at night? You could try a casein shake before bed, casein is hydrophobic so it more or less balls up in your stomach making you feel full. I really like ON's cookies and cream shake.

it would be fine to eat those cookies as long as you included them into your macros. So just make up for those calories when you eat dinner, no harm done.

I eat 5/35/60 carbs/protein/fat, but my diet is different then yours :P

I track typical macros carbs, fiber, protein, fat, But I make my meals for the week on sunday, so I already know what I am getting.

I started last December and today I've lost a total of 80lbs. It gets frustrating when you don't see the results that you want right away, but you got to keep at it.

There are quite a few people here who never wipe off the machines after they are done using them. I usually wipe them off before and after i use them unless I am working out with a partner, I make them do it :happy: The only people that I usually laugh at are the muscle heads that are always gawking at themselves in the…
