Ugh I am in the same boat you are. My goal is to lose about 36 pounds total I always get about 10-12 off then fall off the wagon and gain it all back and end up at zero. I keep telling my self this will be the time I do it and keep it but hasn't happened yet. Hopefully this time.

Yum that sounds good. Was it at Costco? On another note I just tried the mission carb balance tortilla and it was amazing! No funny taste or smell tasted like a regular tortilla. I think I'm in love.

I buy them, I would say they aren't a substitute for pasta but work as a good under/filing for other things. For example I mix them with tuna, olive oil, lemon juice and spices and they come out good. The miracle noodle angel hair is the best.

Me too! I would rather have quality stuff that lasts than Walmart crap that goes dead after two washes. They don't shrink, stretch,fade, and they are very flattering.

Thank you! I just made these and they are great. A little dry but very filling. I used the oven as we don't have a microwave. I put them in for about 7-8 minutes on 350.
