you won't find any calories burned for strength training as it is hard to say, however you can go to this site and get a basic idea http://www.healthstatus.com/cgi-bin/calc/calculator.cgi. i just look under weightlifting and do your best i put in as my cardio so i i have my calories burned could be more could be less.
