I love the mantra of "stop, think, order" you could stretch it to "stop, think, eat" etc, its fast and attention getting, coz that is my big problem, I don't stop to think first before eating and then before I do, I have eaten 500 calories that I regret. I'll use that today! Thanks

I just decided that the best and only way to lose weight is to count calories and exercise and not try any formal diet, and then I found this site. I just love the tone of the message boards and look forward to becoming part of the community, Hi you guys, and good luck today!
