I have both the 30-day Shred video and the 6-week 6-pack. I think that the 30-day Shred will have your legs sore for a few days, if you haven't started the video yet. I wouldn't recommend it if you recently injured yourself. You might want to start slow with with low impact exercises and stretching, like yoga. I haven't…

How many days a week are you supposed to do each video? I would only assume it's at least 5 if you're supposed to get a 6-pack in 6 weeks.
