I disagree that the state of being obese is a disease. Addiction, depression, physical impairments that prevent movement...these issues can lead to obesity. Obesity itself isn't the disease. I just started yesterday. Made it through my first day! I can't imagine running for 30 minutes but I'm sticking to it no matter what. I'm really excited about it and have heard great things.

I love cottage cheese, but I am specific about what kind I eat. Texture and brand has a lot to do with it. I prefer Breakstone's 2% small curd over any others. I love refrigerator oatmeal! My favorite is to mix in the Chocolate PB2 and I use a bit of almond milk, plain greek yogurt, oats, and stevia to sweeten a bit. It's fantastic.
