Food prep Sunday. Lots of options!

Thanks for all the good advice! We aren't new to the Disney scene - we go every year since we are DVC members. We don't do the meal plan - but try to do out own thing when we can. You're all right - a few days of having a little fun isn't going to hurt anything, I was just curious if anyone had any good suggestions! I love…

I worry that if I don't eat them, I'll create too large of a deficit. Then I also worry that if I eat them, I'll over eat! Haha... I do love how accurate my BMF is though. Thanks so much for the input!

Awesome! Thanks! I have had it for a long time. Took it off for the past few months, but am back with it. I was curious as to what other people did and how it made a difference for them.

I see what you're saying... I will admit though, most Beachbody programs come with a guide that tell you what the average person burns per workout. It does say this one will burn roughly 500-600 calories. Not that I'm saying all is right - or I am right. I will also say, I am not a couch potato and am fairly active to…

I had it happen again today - BMF calculated 274 for Insanity Pure Cardio and my HRM calculates 594. My HR was 180 for almost 30 minutes. There's no way 274 is correct....

So, are you saying I should just go with the HRM and edit them during physical activity? I'm thinking maybe I should...

You can do it! I'm gonna friend you now! :)

Hi - I'd be willing to help you find some ways around your concerns. I don't have a gym membership anymore, and am so motivated to workout to TurboFire, I actually wake up willingly at 5:30-6am every morning. The house is quiet and it's MY time. Your goals are possible with the right help and motivation. Ann Marie

I lost 50 pounds with WW in 2006. When they changed to the new PP in 2011, I gained. So I joined MFP. One year later, I still havent lost any weight. Now they have revamped WW, so I'm going back. I'm double tracking for now because I want to see the difference. I've had doctors tell me the amount of food I should be eating…

If you ever have the opportunity to do the BodPod Body test, do it! I was eating 1200 calories to lose weight, suggested by MFP. After doing the BodPod, it turns out at a resting rate my body burns 1388 calories per 24 hours (this is if I were to lay in bed for 24 hours). Which meant eating 1200 calories was forcing my…

I love EAS AdvantEDGE. Chocolate and Vanialla are both good and awesome after a GREAT workout. They contain milk though and soy. You can also try Muscile Milk which is free of those products.

I hated to exercise.... and lost 50 lbs with just diet alone. However, now that I LOVE to exercise I find it often gives me more energy. Maybe you're lacking energy from your lack of activity lately? I also have to add I love the extra calories to eat ;-)

This is GREAT! I, too was always the fat sibling until I had major weight loss a few years ago..... I can relate!

Holy cow! One hour and all these responses! Thanks so much for your help, I will definitely look into those blogs and books you all have suggested. As for "not life threatening" that's me talking, not my doctor, in part because I really don't want to give up the item. So really, it's me being stupid. Also, I tested…

I think about this ALL the time. I have my own HRM, which is often very different from the machines. Often it says I burn MORE then the machine. So I tend to go with the lower number.

I also drink it! and speaking of bad... I need a diet soda once a day.... :-)

My current weight (as of 7/5) is 150. My goal for this week is to lose 2 lbs. (Your goal does not have to be about lb.s lost!) This week I am going to focus on getting back on track and eating differently.
