My favorite on a hot day is to make sandwiches or hoagies.... so as not to turn on the oven... and of course you have to have chips and pickles... :smile:

I NEVER exercised till I joined here... Now I'm at the gym almost EVERYDAY for an hour! I'm just had to motivate myself and say I'm doing this for myself and for my kids! I'm there with you... went out tonight and I am way over on calories... but this was a big celebration of kids getting through another school year, a son's birthday and husband and I's 21st anniversary. We move on from here... tomorrow is another day... back on track I go.

I don't know if you have stairs but I go up and down my stairs for a good 30 minutes. I jog in place while watching my favorite talk show or tv show for 30 minutes of it and cool down for the last half hour... Just some suggestions. :) I'm just starting out too and not sure if it working yet or not but it gets my heart…
