I run alone. I like the choice of deciding on my speed and route. Plus it is my time away from everything, and I fit it in according to my crazy schedule. Sometimes I run as early as 5:30 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m.

Ah, it's so hard to pick just one. I LOVE running, but the Insanity Asylum and Spartacus weight workouts are just as awesome.
-
Both - it depends on the weather and my needs. Now that winter is over, I will be running outside a lot more.

Bread! And sweets.

Hi there, I'm 4'11. Congrats to the OP for such great progress thus far! Feel free to add me.

I second the idea of thrift stores. Do you have any sisters or close friends that you can trade clothes with? Whatever you do, congrats on your progress so far!

Hi Maria, I'd like to be on the April team as well - can you count me in for another 100? Thanks so much!

Hi, 3.25 miles for the 29th and 5.25 for yesterday, March 30th. Thanks so much!

A couple questions come to mind: Have you been severely restricting? Is your budget a realistic one? You don't want to get yourself in a vicious cycle of severe restricting and then overeating and then doing it again and again. And if it's just a one time or very rare instance, no biggie - we are all human. In any case, I…

7 miles for me today. Happy weekend, everyone!

4 miles for me today, March 21st.

Just eat it in moderation. But I know what you mean - it is sooooo good!

I love Insanity! I would combine it with a weight lifting program and not do it 6 days a week. I was at my fittest when I did it that way. It is serious cardio and a lot of fun.

I'm in Toronto. Feel free to add me:)

Hi everyone, feel free to add me. It's good to have the support. I log on at least twice a day.

Hi, I am 4'11 and 112 lbs. My goal weight is 105 lbs.

Eat more, and eat less processed food - less foods from packages and more fresh fruits and vegetables. I second the comment about lifting weights. Best of luck!

Hi Mike, I workout 6 days a week (sometimes 7 if I was very sedentary that week). In those workouts, I run anywhere from 4-6 times a week and do strength training 2-3 times a week. My running mileage is anywhere between 25-40 miles a week, and on some weeks I'll do an Insanity workout or two if I don't feel like running. I…

Hi there, I'm in! I'm 4'11 and 112 lbs. I'm looking to get back to 105 and am looking forward to this 12 week challenge!

5 miles for yesterday, March 16th.

Sometimes. If I do weights in the a.m. I will go for a run in the evening. It just depends on my schedule.

Under 1000 calories is insanely low, even for me, who is only 4'11. It would be extremely difficult to get all the nutrients that you need to not only fuel your workouts, but also to nourish your body. Try upping your calories and switching up your workouts if you are doing the same thing everyday.

8 miles for me for today, March 15th. Thanks:)

I love the Nimbus too, but here in Canada they're 190! I think I'm going to go down to Buffalo for the next pair.

Hi there, 6 miles for me today. Thanks:)
