Yes. I tried both on my PC and phone and can't enter my food:(

Does it work to make you stronger? I guess. I really like the program for that reason. Does it work for weight loss? Like IsaackGMOON says, that comes from caloric deficits.

Christmas Eve - 1592 and Christmas Day - 1657. Pretty much treated it like any other day and ate the stuff I liked.

Gah, I like Starbucks a little too much. I usually get either a short skinny latte (70 calories with no whip and no sugar) and a banana (120 calories) or a tall Zen tea (0 calories - I don't put anything in it) with and half a ginger molasses cookie (180 calories) (my husband eats the other half).

Like others here have said - BodyGlide or a pair of lycra/spandex shorts underneath.
-
Joining the challenge late - thought I wouldn`t be able to this month due to an injury but have just been cleared to go ahead but with decreased speed and mileage. I`ve signed up for 60 miles this month.

I add it to my exercise list and call it whatever it is called. For instance, I log Insanity Cardio Power and insert the calories manually as per my HRM reading.

I'm actually having some green tea right now lol. I really like that and peppermint tea. I find them to be good alternatives to coffee, although I still really do like my lattes in the afternoon.

Thanks!

I like some stevia with cinnamon sprinkled in. Lately I've been loving Greek yogurt with either pineapple chunks or banana slices. No need for more sweetness as the fruit does the trick.

Didn't log everything for April and didn't log at all in May. Aiming for 100 miles this month - great running weather these days!
-
4'11 - would love to get back to 102 lbs but currently at 116lbs.
-
Wow, you look great! Makes me want to dust off my set and start Insanity again!
-
It all depends on personal preference and schedule. I very much prefer the evenings but often get up early in the morning to do it because that is all the time that I will get due to my hectic work schedule and my last push to submit my Ph.D. dissertation by the end of this week.

Good to see the so far so good part! Keep it up:)
-
Maybe once every few months. But I should.
-
I had the best of both worlds when I worked half-time as a teacher, which meant that I worked one day and then didnt the next. If you can, do.

Sigh, it sucks that I've been sick for the past 2 weeks. Didn't reach my goal but will be back for February. Great job everyone:)
-
I'm in again but for 110 this month. Off to do my last run of the year! Happy New Year's everyone:)
-
I haven't been to the group in a few months even though I've still been running. I just put myself down for 100 miles this month.

Like a full marathon? Whatever the distance, get yourself fitted for shoes. This is so important. How much time do you have? I'm sure others can provide good advice for building up your mileage but whatever you do, start small and then gradually increase in terms of mileage and speed. There's a program called C25K that you…

I agree with the log it and moving on comments. I noted that you logged over 1, 100 calories as a burn for a 75 minute Zumba class. That seems like an overestimate. Are you wearing a HRM to calculate these burns? Best wishes for you and your dad.
-
^^^^^^What she said. I'm also wondering if you entered your stats into the HRM correctly.

I was an undergrad and was in a lecture room waiting for my French class to start.
-
Not often enough. I used to weigh myself 1-2x a week and kept on track. I just weighed myself for the first time in months and I've gained:(
-
Yup, my Asics Gel Nimbus have holes like that. But they are the most comfortable for me and I will continue to buy them. My wallet hates me, as that means I need a new pair every 3 months!
-
I completely agree with the above. You would need to have a heart rate monitor to more accurately determine your calorie burn. There's no way that Zumba would burn 1200 calories in 75 minutes.

July 31 - 4 miles I'd like to be added to the August team for another 100 miles. Please and thank you:)
-
Another 8 miles for yesterday, July 28th.

Hi Cooriander and the rest of the runners' team, I haven't checked in since the 3rd so here are my miles since then: July 5 - 8 miles July 8 - 4 miles July 9 - 4 miles July 11 - 5 miles July 13 - 4 miles July 14 - 8 miles July 15 - 4 miles July 19 - 4 miles July 20 - 5 miles July 21 - 4 miles July 22 - 6 miles July 26 - 10…
