Insanity Asylum...does it work?

Hey, everyone! Ok, so I am restarting Insanity Asylum due to the fact that life got in the way the first time, which caused days missed. Anyway, I just need that motivation again. Does it work in 30 days. I feel like that is just such a short time. I remember with Insanity I didn't see any results in 30 days, so I really am wondering. I will try to follow the nutrition guide full on as well. Thanks so much and Shaun T rules!!

I have a 29' waist, 33' around the love handles 22' thighs and 11' arms.

    What sort of results are you looking for? Weight loss? That comes from a caloric deficit..

    Does it work to make you stronger? I guess. I really like the program for that reason. Does it work for weight loss? Like IsaackGMOON says, that comes from caloric deficits.

    it won't completely change your body in 30 days but if u stuck to it im sure u would see some change, probably a bit more toned if u were also eating at the right calorie intake
