5'1" and built pretty solidly. Shooting for between 105 and 110.0

I am 5'2, and I am currently 136. I am hoping to get down to 118.0

I am 5'1 and my goal is 120lbs. I am almost there but I think 117lbs would be more ideal.0

I'm 5'0 (maybe with a quarter inch when I stand really straight) and right now I'm about 165. My first goal is to make it to 150 and then see where I want to go from there. I think that the ULTIMATE goal will probably be around 130-140.
I've always been curvy, so I want to keep seeing how my body is changing when I hit 150 and then 140 before I plan to get all the way down to a number like 110-115 where my BMI says I should be.
I try not to base too much on the BMI ratings because there are so many factors to take into your health like family history, dietary habits, exercise habits, body type. I'd rather base it on the changes I see and changes I feel.0 -
I'm 5'1 and I wanna weigh 95 - 100lbs. Right now I'm around 125 - 126lbs. I have a small frame since I'm half asian and I always feel more comfortable with movement and exercising when I'm at least 105lbs. Where I am now I can feel my weight holding me back from having the level of endurance I'd like when preforming physical activities.0

Five feet even and my goal weight is 115 lb. I used to weigh 104 lb and, while small, always was a pear shape so had hips and a butt. Actually wouldn't mind getting back to 104 lb. range but I just don't think it's likely. Think at this point of my life (I'm 52 yo) I would be very happy to be down to 115. I weigh 153 lb. now.0

I'm 5'1" and currently 114. My goal weight is 107, but I'm not as concerned about getting there anymore. I'm focusing more on body fat %. I'm currently at 25.9 % per my scale and hoping to bring that down. My first goal is 25% and I'll re-evaluate. Focusing on bf% instead of weight is new for me, do I'm not sure just what to expect.0

I'm 5'2" & for some reason 110 seems to be stuck in my head. Over winter, I induldged in way too many tortilla chips & hummus snacks; my scale proved it. I too, want to lose some thigh, butt, and tummy. Especially the saddlebags! UGH!0

I'm 5'2 -- and the last time I weighed less than 120 I was in the 6th grade. My lowest adult weight was around 135 and I was wearing a size 4, so I'd be ok with anywhere between 135-145.0

I'm 5'1.5" and around 120. My body fat is around 34%, but I'm starting to question the accuracy of that. I do have a bust and hips. My goal is also around 27-29% and weight around 110-115. However, after doing a fitness/weight loss program at work, I was advised I am already pretty close to where I need to be and probably won't lose more, so I'm focusing on toning and getting more lean.0 -
4'9 here. My initial goal weight was 45kg (99-100pds), but my body decided to drop another 5kg to 40kg (about 89-90pds).
I'm happy enough here. My body fat at last check was in the 18-20% range and I'm looking at doing some cut/bulk cycles in conjunction with my current strength training, so may end up heavier, but shaped a little better. Whatever happens, happens
I'm quite a small build, never really had big boobs even when breastfeeding (although they did get up to almost a D lol), but am also fairly muscular as I was quite active during high school and university. My daughter is built the same as me - short, powerful legs and strong arms. I will never be described as truly 'skinny' LOL Now if I could just get jeans to fit properly....0 -
5'3", want to get back to 110lbs and decrease BF (I've gained weight the past few months due to horrible eating habits :mad:) Started working out again this week, this morning's weight was 114lbs.0

I'm 5' 3". I am aiming for around 124 lbs, but my actual goal is to be muscular, fit back into my old, favorite clothes, and not lose my boobs. I'll always have my hips and butt; they're not going anywhere. I'm basically looking to fit into a US size 4 - 6.
Edit: I forgot to mention one of the most important goals! I want to be strong and able to move things on my own. I work in IT and want to be able to move servers and other large equipment without assistance. I would also like to be able to move furniture on my own. Being short, I always have to ask for help reaching things high up. I want to not need to ask for help moving large things. So... weight doesn't matter so much for that goal as fitness does.0 -

I don't really care about weight as I'm working on body recomposition. Right now I have 22% of body fat and I'd love to drop to 18% but I'm finding it quite challenging...
I'm at 1,200 calories/day and I eat back all my exercise calories. I haven't seen many progresses in a while so I'm considering to upping the calories a bit and see if it helps.0 -
