The exact same thing happened to me. I was running a lot and at a low-ish weight. I only got my periods back after 9 months when I put on some weight and scaled back the running. I'm back to running a lot again but this time I'm eating a bit more. And I'm still getting my periods.

If it was just that one time I wouldn't worry about it. But I can see what you're saying about not wanting to eat after so much coffee.

First, congratulations on your weight loss so far! Thirty pounds is no small feat! In terms of your workouts, are you changing them up? Maybe if you go for something more intense or different, that will help. And as the other poster says, planks! And pilates!

Olive oil mixed with lemon, avocado slices on top (the creaminess is a good replacement for dressings), or just plain vinegar. I don't buy salad dressings from the store.

Yep. Born and raised in Toronto. Good to know that there are many other Canadians on MFP:)

The first time I did it, I did it in 25:32. That damn hill at the end! I'm doing another one next month and am hoping to finish in 24:00.

All the time! I usually gain between 5 and 8 pounds! And I'm only 4,11 :(

If you have a Costco's nearby, I highly recommend the Rodelle cocoa. Rich tasting, great value, and 15 calories per tablespoon.

Mustard and hot sauce and then put it on a salad. Or Greek yogurt with black pepper and parsley. If you buy the tuna with oil, just some pepper, salt, and very finely diced tomatoes and celery work very well.

I'd love to do the Disney Princess Half and am hoping to do it in the future. Now, I'm training for my second half, which will be in October. You mentioned you're following several plans, right? Is the Hal Higdon one of the them? I followed his when I was training for my first last year and it went well. This is what I've…

Oh my goodness, that sounds just like my situation! I packed on almost 20 pounds because of stress and maybe even taking my weight loss for granted. It's so frustrating, and the amount of information out there is overwhelming. Feel free to message me if you want to vent or need support.

I'm in!

I can't stand it when someone gets onto the treadmill next to mine and either: - keep looking over to see what I'm doing and tries to race me - reek as if s/he has not had a shower in days

Like many other posters said, what about wearing black pants? I have the same problem, and I always wear black bottoms with a longer top. But in any case, you are there to work out and that is all that matters. Enjoy the sweat!

Hi there! Feel free to add me too! I recently upped my running and have run a 5k, a 10k and a half marathon so far. You can certainly do it! When I started, I couldn't even run for a minute.

Great idea! Count me in, please!

Glad that you had a comeback and called him on his horrifically rude comment!
