I do most of my calorie counting in my head. I use mpf mostly to make sure that at the end of the day I haven't forgotten something I ate that morning. Exactly this. I do find that the more into the workout I get, the less I actually hear the music, but that being said, I find that when I'm just not into the workout, the music gives me that extra jolt to get back into what I'm doing

I know that BMI isn't very accurate, but I chose roughly the middle of the healthy BMI range for my height. It's just as easy to make your own instant oatmeal (about a min in the microwave), but since you can add whatever you like, it's way healthier. I add blackberries, or an apple and some cinnamon, or a banana and a spoon of almond butter. It's super tasty
